Built in 1992, it was the first Super-Inclusive resort in Cuba, designed for couples and adults 16 years and older. It covers 26 acres of land, with several blocks of rooms offering privacy, further enhanced by lavish gardens, where trees alternate with exotic flowers and shrubs.
All over the resort there are open air or roofed or areas for sports, three Jacuzzis, and a large recently renovated, swimming pool. On the beach, you can enjoy the sea, practice water sports, sample delicious Cuban and international dishes from the beach grill, and sip refreshing cocktails and a variety of drinks. Breezes Varadero consists of 270 comfortable rooms divided into suites, junior suites, or tropical suites. Facilities include: water sports, water skiing, water polo, scuba diving, bicycle, tennis, basketball, fully equipped gym, and Varadero golf course is located just beside the hotel. The beach is beautiful, the ocean warm... what more could you ask for? We spent a glorious week at Breezes Varadero in mid January. What we got was a clean room that was comfortable enough (that we spent very little time in), in an older resort that had tons of character; beautiful grounds, and of course the great people - for the most part the resort staff were very helpful and truly friendly. You feel welcome in Cuba! |
