• I didn’t want to leave. The people, the atmosphere, the services, the food....everything about this hotel was excellent. Four girls on holiday loved every thing about this hotel. Located right on the beach of Player Del Carmen and seconds away from 5th Avenue, this is the place to stay. What can I say...only good things! The entertainment staff kept us all very entertained, naming Mike and Luis. They did fantastic job! Not only did they get us involved with all the activities, they made the time to make sure that all guest were having fun! The reception, especially Paco and guest services staff was more than helpful. If you are looking for a fun yet relaxing holiday, Gran Porta Real is completely the place to stay.
